INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (ART. 13 EU REG. 2016/679)
In accordance with art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – Regulation on the protection of personal data – we would like to provide you with the following information:
a) the data you have provided and which we have acquired will be processed in compliance with the requirements set out in the aforementioned Regulation, respecting the consequent rights and obligations.

d) Purpose of data processing: The data collected will be processed to provide all the information concerning the Green Table event.
e) The requested data is necessary to be able to provide information related to the event. If you refuse to provide such data, you will not received this information. The data may also be used by the promoters of the event, Fondazione Guglielmo Giordano, Istituto Nazionale di Architettura and Fondazione Umbra per l’Architettura to send newsletters and/or by the partners of the event to send information of a commercial nature. The partners are: Aboca, Blue Assistance, Ecosuntek, Engel & Völkers, iGuzzini, Gruppo Margaritelli , Paghera, RBM, Tecla, Wyth
f) Processing methods: The data will be processed using paper-based and/or computer-based methods.
g) Period of data retention: The personal data provided will be retained for the entire duration of the event for the present and subsequent editions and, in any case, for a time no longer than required to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected, in compliance with the legal requirements.
h) Rights of the interested party: In relation to the personal data referred to in this information notice, the interested party has, at any time, the following rights:
1 – Access (art. 15 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
2 – Rectification (art. 16 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
3 – Cancellation (art. 17 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
4 – Limitation (art. 18 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
5- Portability, understood as the right to obtain the data from the data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to submit it to another controller without hindrance (art. 20 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
6 – Opposition to the processing (art. 21 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
7 – Withdrawal of consent to processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the withdrawal (art. 7, sect. 3 EU Regulation no.2016/679);
8 – Lodge a complaint to the local Data Protection Authority (art. 51 EU Regulation no. 2016/679).
